I have recently passed my driving test first time with 0 minors at 17 years old. Dave is an amazing instructor who was really patient and easy to talk to. This consisted of adding humour to our lessons along with teaching, it allows you to feel comfortable and that is important when driving which was easy to do with Dave. Even though i was confident to begin with, every lesson with Dave progressed my confidence even more as he really genuinely helps your driving journey by giving positive criticism, this is just small little reminders of what you need to do and why you shouldn’t forget them. He gives clear and practical explanations and allows you to think critically about what you need to do. This advice from Dave really helped me succeed within my practical test. So i could not recommend him enough! Not only has he helped my mum and sister to pass, he now has added me along to the list! Thank you so much Dave, we all are grateful that you was our instructor. Words cannot describe how ecstatic I was to pass my test last week! Huge, HUGE thanks goes to Dave for not only helping me to develop and build the skills to be a safe driver but also for giving me the confidence to believe that I could be good enough to take the test and pass! After having driving lessons on and off for over 10 years in different locations and with different instructors, driving felt like a chore and something that needed to be ticked off the to-do list.
However, after the first 2 hours with Dave I felt like driving could be really fun, and that feeling grew with each and every lesson! Thank you for being totally unflappable, no matter how many times I tried to drive in the wrong lane of a roundabout or asked you to explain corrections for bay parking!
